Getting Started
I have included a very short and simple mortgage application - in fact it is not an application at all. This little exercise is enough information for me to be able to give you an idea of what you could possibly afford. It is hassle free, no obligation and I will not be doing any follow up unless you request it. My thought is that we need to be able to get answers sometimes without having someone hassle us. If in fact you want to pursue a mortgage I hope you will come to me for assistance. If not I hope I have been of some help, you can refer friends and family to me and I will treat them with the same respect.

This is enough general information. For a real pre-approval you would need to have a credit bureau, which I can get with your birthdate, address, SIN and permission. Just for your information every time someone gets your credit bureau it decreases your credit score - just beware of too many inquiries each year! If you choose to go further with an application I would be happy to help you, at that time I would need more information and a talk about your needs in regard to a home and where you want to live. Part of that talk would be about how you see the next few years. With so many mortgage options/choices available it would be important to determine what type of mortgage would best suit your plans. The next step is up to you!

*rates subject to change at any time
**this is a preliminary exercise to establish approximate qualifying amounts and must not be used as a pre-approval
